Right of cancellation

If you choose to cancel your order you may do so 24 hours before your scheduled test without giving any reason.

To cancel your order you must inform us of your decision. To ensure immediate processing, we recommend you contact us via phone or email.

To meet the cancellation deadline, you must send your communication of cancellation before the 24 hour limit of your test.

Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the start of your test, you will be charged for the full amount.

Effects of cancellation

We will process a full refund of your order within 14 business days of receiving your cancellation request.

Exceptions to the right of cancellation

Due to high volume you cannot cancel your order less than 24 hours before the scheduled date and time.

Returns

Due to the nature of our business we do not accept returns.

Refund Policy

You are eligible for a full refund if you have cancelled your scheduled services on time.

We do not offer refunds or credits for unused tests, accidental purchases, medical conditions, or any similar reason or event, unless required by law to do so.

Before purchasing your test and scheduling, carefully review your date, time and location. No refunds are provided if you miss the cancellation deadline.

Chargebacks and Other Refund Prohibitions

You agree that you will not attempt to evade, avoid, or circumvent any refund prohibitions in any manner with regard to tests you purchased. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you will not contact us to seek a refund or exchange from us when we are prohibited from providing one by the Testing Location, and you will not dispute or otherwise seek a “chargeback” from the company whose credit card or other method of payment you used to purchase test from Genics Laboratories.

Should you do so, your tests are subject to immediate cancelation, and we may, in our sole discretion, refuse to honor pending and future testing purchases made from all credit card accounts or online accounts on which such chargebacks have been made, and may prohibit future purchases from all persons in whose name the credit card accounts exist, and from any person who accesses any associated online account or credit card or who otherwise breaches this provision from using our services.

Your chargeback request may be disputed and we may seek legal action for fraudulent activity.
