What’s Tested

This panel is ideal for routine checkups or a first “health baseline” because it looks for silent issues like anemia, infection, dehydration, liver or kidney strain, and blood sugar or electrolyte problems before they cause obvious symptoms. It gives you and your provider a broad overview of overall health, helps explain fatigue or not feeling well, and offers a starting point for tracking changes over time or deciding if more targeted testing is needed.

What’s included:

  • Complete Blood Count (CBC):
Looks at red blood cells (oxygen and anemia), white blood cells (infection and immune status), and platelets (clotting and bleeding risk), giving a snapshot of blood and bone‑marrow health.

  • Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP):
Measures blood sugar, kidney function (BUN, creatinine), liver enzymes and proteins, electrolytes (sodium, potassium, chloride, COâ‚‚), calcium, and total protein/albumin to assess metabolism, hydration, organ function, and chemical balance in the body.

This Basic Health Panel is a strong, affordable starting point for preventive care: it can catch common problems early, provide reassurance when normal, and give clear, actionable numbers you can compare year after year. It is especially helpful if you have fatigue, weight changes, medication use, or chronic conditions, or if you simply want a general health “check‑engine light” without a long list of separate tests.

Physician Review included

What to expect after the test

After you provide your specimen, it generally takes few business days to process and release your test results. Your test results will be available in a clear and easy-to-read report. Independent physicians are available to discuss questions or concerns you may have regarding your results.
