What’s Tested

This panel is ideal for yearly checkups because it screens quietly developing problems like anemia, diabetes risk, liver or kidney issues, and high cholesterol before symptoms appear. It’s an easy way for people to “baseline” their health, track trends over time, and have more informed conversations with their provider about energy, weight, and long‑term heart health.

What’s included:

  • Complete Blood Count (CBC): Measures red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets, helping detect anemia, infections, inflammation, some blood disorders, and overall immune and blood health.
  • Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP): Checks blood sugar, kidney and liver function, electrolytes, proteins, and overall metabolic balance, which can reveal diabetes risk, dehydration, liver or kidney stress, and other metabolic issues.
  • Lipid Panel: Measures total cholesterol, LDL (“bad”) cholesterol, HDL (“good”) cholesterol, and triglycerides to estimate heart and blood vessel disease risk and guide lifestyle or treatment decisions.

This Annual Health Panel is a simple way to stay ahead of your health instead of waiting for problems to show up. It helps catch common issues like anemia, diabetes risk, liver or kidney strain, and high cholesterol early—when they are usually easier and less expensive to treat. The results give you a clear baseline you can compare year after year, so you and your provider can see trends, adjust your lifestyle, and decide if further testing or treatment is needed. For many people, doing this panel once a year becomes the backbone of their preventive care plan and provides peace of mind that they are actively watching the key markers that affect energy, longevity, and long‑term heart and organ health.
